Order Acceptance

Our company maintains the authority to deny any order request, restrict order quantity, or terminate order processing at our own discretion. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that exhibit suspicious activity, incomplete customer information, or invalid contact details.

Payment Method

All orders placed on DAKOTA HINEMAN are processed using Cash on Delivery (COD) only. This payment method is available exclusively in Belgium.

A fixed delivery fee of €9.00 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders throughout Belgium.

To ensure successful delivery and order processing, you agree to provide:

• A complete and accurate delivery address in Belgium.

Orders cannot be confirmed or delivered if the required information (name, address or phone number) is missing or incorrect.

You must notify us immediately about any changes to your contact or delivery information to avoid processing delays.

In the event that we modify or cancel your order, we will make a primary effort to contact you using the phone number or email address provided during checkout. Our customer support team may also reach out directly if clarification is required to complete your Cash on Delivery order.
